Business Development Manager (Newbury, Berkshire)
Salary £40-£50K (DOE) Plus Bonuses

Due to the ambition of the Directors, we are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager to join the growing Cadmatic team to drive the growth of the business.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering the passion, commitment and commercial success required to meet the business ambitions and objectives, enhancing the reputation of the business, whilst building productive client relationships and being accountable for the future success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling, promoting, and delivering the Company services and its revenue targets
• Working with clients, both existing and new, to understand their needs and achieve their objectives
• Drafting business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, defining their exact requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Monitoring Key performance indicators and business deliverables
• Understand and recognise competitive propositions
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador to and for clients
• Planning, organising, and facilitating client meetings
• Driving sales, revenue, and profit objectives

The Ideal Business Development Manager candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience; with a strong Engineering background with experience of sales in the CNC Sub-Contract Sector.
• Ideally have a network of connections in the CNC Sub-Contract Sector.
• A customer-oriented approach to account management which aims to exceed expectations.
• Experience in both reactive and initiative-taking sales skills.
• Ability to develop and enhance existing client business, as well as seeking new market sales opportunities
• Manage RFQ’s from new and existing customers.
• A passion for expanding business.
• Proven experience of working within a sales environment.
• Proven experience of developing and increasing business.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Techniques.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing nature.
• A strong and assertive style to self-management and motivation
• Be a self-starter who is driven to succeed.
• Good I.T. skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
